I paid my bill in full on 12/20/11. I got the new bill via text on 12/31/11 and it is not due til 1/24/12 so why was my service suspended today for a past due balance???? What is going on??? I also can't talk to anyone about it as I am not allowed to call 611. Something needs to change.. How can I get this fixed???

I'm sorry you're having billing issues, but unfortunately we'll need to speak with you to get this resolved.
If you're not able to borrow a phone to contact support (or have someone contact you), it's best for you to visit an AT&T retail store to determine why your service was suspended.
If you have a phone number where you can be contacted, I'm happy to have someone give you a call. Just send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you.
