Sony Ericsson txt pro CK15 with wifi - detected as smartphone?

Is anyone using the SE txt pro CK15 device?  This is not an android phone but does have WiFi.

I'm wondering if ATT will detect this as a smartphone and force me into monthly data plan.

thanks!

You shouldn't encounter any issue with at&t trying to force a data plan on that device since it's not running Android.  I don't have one - but I've used two different non-branded (Symbian) Nokias with WLAN without any problem.

I agree, it should detect that the phone is a "feature " phone.
