Same thing with my skyrocket... it does not work on ALWAYS ON mode, but works if i have it set to ON FOR 6 SECONDS. I liked it a lot more when it was working in ALWAYS ON mode.

I have the same problem. It only works when I choose the 6 sec option. I would like to have it on all the time. Oh well I guess I have to wait to see if the ICS update fixes it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ICS we need it now!!!! Come on AT&T!!!!!

But it's not only with the Always on option. If I change to one of the timed options it is the same thing. Works for a couple of on/off cycles then stops. On the timed options, if you touch the keys when they are off, they relight. Once if gets messed up, they on longer relight. You need to cycle the power button a bunch of times to make the lights work again.
So the problem is with all the touch-key settings, except always off.
AT&T Please fix this problem. It's making me nuts.

Uggg. Customer Service just had me do a reset. They said Android said that would fix it. It didn't. The IT rep is gonna call me back in a couple of minutes to see if it worked. She said if it didn't it would be warranty replacement. But the number of complaints online (not this site) indicate the problem is with the operating system update, not my phone. So I'll end up getting stuck with a refurbished phone, that once it updates will have the same problem. I wish someone at ATT IT could actually think and research a problem instead of wasting time going through their Standard Operating Procedure.

Same thing happened to my phone. The thing is I need the touch keys back lit. Here's what's happened so far.
