Shout out to Susan P. :D

I had to call AT&T about an issue and I spoke to Susan P and just wanted to give her a shout out for being so nice and professional.  She took the time to thoroughly listen and make sure I was compensated for my issue.  Jam, please make sure this lady gets some sort of reward for being so nice and genuine.  Hard to find people like this nowadays.  AT&T is very lucky to have Susan.  Smiley Very Happy Smiley Very Happy Smiley Very Happy
