I ordered 3 iphones for a family plan of 5 people. The shipping failed because of "incorrect shipping address". The products have been returned to AT&T. But they told me it'll take 1-2months to refund me. I need to pay another $600+ to place the same order again... Does anyone have similar experiences?
I believe this is not a return and refund request, but a delivery failure. Can I require a faster refund?
