Shazam Music ID subscription Issue

I have a Motorola V3xx device & from last few months i was using Shazam Music ID application.

As we know, Shazam music ID subscription expired every month & we have to re-subscribe for it.

This month also i have purchased the Shazam Music ID but while doing the modify subscription step & i have refunded the amount & now i am not able to re-subscribe my device for Shazam Music ID. Please let know how to do it.

Also can anyone tell me about, whats the new URL of "My Stuff" page which was launching via "http://appcenter.wireless.att.com/".
