Samsung Solstice IM

Hi, I have a Samsung Solstice but I cant seem to use my instange messaging anymore for some reason. My brothers works fine and he has the same phone as me. Everytime i try to log into Msn, it says "Unable to complete request. Please try again." Ive restarted my phone many times and it still is not working. It has been going on for about a week. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried taking the battery out while its still on? It helps sometimes. Do you have very good connection?
