SIM locked and my Iphone 4 is asking for a PUK code. I am not sure what I did but I was looking through settings and I must have pushed the wrong button. Any help would be appreciated.
You'll have to call customer care (1-800-331-0500) or go into the store to get a PUK code.

Do not guess at the number too many wrong attempts and your SIM will be deactivated and you will need to go to a store for a new one.
