You can't remove the bloatware by hard resetting, then interrupting the ATT "customizations" like you could on the old Tilt. A hard reset on the Tilt2 will just return it to the out-of-box state.
You can however, pretty easily just delete the files and associated Start Menu links, and get lots of storage back. See the link below for more info.

I followed the page from XDA..... I wanted to delete the program files from in the Windows folder but the delete was blocked..... looks like there's some "system-file" block
is there a way to bypass that

thanks gammite.... took a look.... i had already manually done what that XML listed...
what i'm trying to do is delete the actual .exe and some other bloat stuff... like the mp3s from the Windows folder....
tried using both File Explorer & Total Commander... both return an error that the "file cannot be deleted"
I want to be able to delete whatever I want.... ugghh
