When I complete the personal profile to finish my registration. The "State" and "Country" two fields show as "Please Select", but it don't has any information for my selecting, and I can't type them also. So the registration is failure. How should I do?

Try using a different browser.
Also try clearing your internet cache. It has been reported that clearing the cache will sometimes correct that problem.
