Registering for ATT media, page where you put text confirmation "not found"

Really frustrating, why isn't the answertones just attached to my OLAM.  How stupid and inefficient does this system have to be?  I tried to get online with a tech support person here, but they decided to hang up on me 10 min before their shift was over and not help me.  I'm really frustrated with this right now.

Have you tried purchasing the answer tone through your phone?  Purchase Answer Tone Through Phone

Have you tried purchasing the answer tone through your phone?  Purchase Answer Tone Through Phone

No I haven't but even if I did that, how does this solve this problem.  I still won't be able to manage the answer tones I purchase through the phone.

I don't know how to solve the problem.  Maybe you can try to call technical support.  Actually yes you can manage the answer tones through your phone.


Manage Tone Assignment via MEdia Net
  1. Access MEdia Net.
  2. Select Tones, Games, Apps.
     
     
  3. Select Answer Tones.
     
     
  4. Scroll to and select Manage.
     
     
  5. Select My Answer Tones.
     
     
  6. Select the Answer Tone to manage.
     
     
  7. Current assignment information will display; select a number to edit.
      
     
  8. Select from the available options:
      
    • Edit Name & Number: Edit caller info
    • Assign Tones: Browse and assign available tones to caller
    • Assign to Group: Add the caller to an existing caller group
    • Delete Caller: Will remove the Answer Tone from the number selected
Shuffle AT&T Answer Tones via MEdia Net
  • Access MEdia Net.
  • Select Tones, Games, Pics.
     
     
  • Select Answer Tones.
     
     
  • Select Shuffle My Tones
  • Scroll to and select "Here."
      
     
  • Select Shuffle All.
     
     
  • Select Assign this Answer Tone.
     
     
  • Select desired option.
     
    • Set as Default: Shuffles all songs for all callers. 
    • Select From Callers: Will assign "Shuffle All" setting to only selected callers.
  • Scroll to and select desired option.
     
     
  • Scroll to and select desired option.
     
     
  • Confirmation screen appears.
