Have you tried purchasing the answer tone through your phone? Purchase Answer Tone Through Phone
Really frustrating, why isn't the answertones just attached to my OLAM. How stupid and inefficient does this system have to be? I tried to get online with a tech support person here, but they decided to hang up on me 10 min before their shift was over and not help me. I'm really frustrated with this right now.

I don't know how to solve the problem. Maybe you can try to call technical support. Actually yes you can manage the answer tones through your phone.
No I haven't but even if I did that, how does this solve this problem. I still won't be able to manage the answer tones I purchase through the phone.
