Question on how to replace a broken phone.

Yesterday I was walking with my LG Neon, and it slipped from my hand and smacked the ground, stupid me. When I picked it up the screen was black and not showing anything, and had 2 cracks on the screen, so now I am unable to see anything on my phone.

 

I am wondering if it is possible for me to get a replacement for my phone, and if so, how would I go about doing it?

I bought the phone a couple of weeks ago, on the 8th of Jan.

Call AT&T Insurance department if you have taken out Insurance on it, If you didn't get Insurance on it your kind of out of luck...  Not pushing insurance by any means, I never get it, figured the $50 they charge for the replacement on top of the monthly charge just doesn't warrant it for me.. You can pick up a new or practically new one on ebay for around $50, hence the reason I don't spring for the insurance Smiley Happy
