I am trying to figure out something on my account activity online. There is a term called internet/media that is often on one of my phones that I do not understand.
It is listed in the data section. What does Internet/Media mean when listed as the activity that took place for a connection?
Thanks for any help!
It means you have accessed the internet via MediaNet on your phone. If you do not have a Data plan, then you will be charged pay per use rates. I think it is something like $10 per MB.
You need to check it out and call CS and have a data plan put on your account and backdated if there was a lot of use. OR you will end up with a VERY LARGE bill.
