Purchased a iphone 4s and can not get my calendar to sync up.

I have the iphone 4s. I can not get the calendar to sync up with my computers outlook. The email does not work right either. Nothing comes to my in box. It goes to the trash folder and to the all mail folder.

Couple things, what computer are you using? What version of Outlook? How are you trying to sync?
