Problems with DataConnect pass

Hi,

 

I'm visiting the US for about 6 weeks, and I was thinking to use my mifi with a wireless 3G prepaid formula. I went to an at&t store and I got a SIM card. So far so good, but when i go to att.com/buyasession to activate the SIM card, it all went horribly wrong Smiley Happy

 

After filling in all my details and credit card number, I get an error 'No plans available for this device and payment method'. It seems a bit vague, so I called the 1-800 number, and after 45 minutes they simply said that the device was not supported. Which seems a bit weird, because I used this mifi already with multiple operators.

 

Any ideas?
