Ok, I am having a problem with a Fastcard also. I recently switched to AT&T Go Phone from another pre paid carrier. This is the first time i have had to buy a card and add the time to my phone. I tried the 352-4071 number. Well, the problem seems to be that when I tried to scratch off the grey box for the pin number, I must have accidently scratched to far and scratched the number off if that's possible. There is no number there and I can't scratch anything else off. In lew of having to go and spend money on another card right away, is there any ideas or suggestions that I can try. This is a saturday night and I tried calling 611, not realizing there wasn't anyone there saturday night or Sunday. Any help would be appreciated. \
I am getting down to just under 8 minutes on my phone and I want to get the time added before I run out of minutes. There is a 10 digit number clear at the bottom of the card near the right hand corner under the black strip thinking that just maybe that was the pin number. When I called 352-4071, I tried using that number but it wouldn't take. Thanks again for any help anyone can give me.
If you go through their automated system and enter the pincard number in twice and it errors out both times, you will then have the option to speak to a live rep in their customer care department.

I’ve noticed this thread has a lot of views, and I just wanted to give some updated information regarding Fast Card!
At this time, Fast Card are no longer supported through AT&T.
Fast Card used to be a refill card you could purchase for any pre-paid cell phone service. We have since moved away from this type of refill, and instead have the option of GoPhone refill cards or using your own debit/credit card. This streamlines the process and allows you the opportunity to directly add a balance to your account. You can purchase refill cards at any AT&T Store as well as many major retailers.
