Prepaid data connect

Hello,

 

I purchased a $25 (500mb) data plan for use with tethering my laptop, unaware that I was actually buying 500mb of medianet for my phone. After 2 days of speaking with customer service and recieving many conflicting answers, I now see that what I purchased is not what I needed (DataConnect Pass). Is it possible to have this changed by ATT? Or do I need to start over from scratch?

I do not think it is possible to change or switch feature packages that were already purchased. You will have to start over, making sure to purchase the correct package this time.
