Prepaid GoPhone

I have had a GoPhone for about four years.  I put $100 on it by every March 10, my expiration date.  I always have had between $50 and $100 in carry over.  This year it appears nothing was carried over, and I would like to know why.  When I checked my balance, it was $88.71, which sounds right for the amount used from my $100 deposit of March 3, 2012.

Leap year. If you check, it does say expires after 365 days on the $100 refill, not 1 year.
