Pornographic texts sent to my 11 year-old's phone

My son just brought me his phone in tears because of the photo he received (twice!) on his phone. Two different numbers appear to have sent the message. When I call them, one insists that he didn't send it; the other went straight to a generic voicemail. Anyone have any suggestions? He's had this phone about nine months and received a couple of inappropriate jokes through texts, but I intercepted them and called the sender who apologized and promised to remove the number from his address book (recycled number), but this is a new one. The sender that I reached swears he didn't send the photo. Help! I don't want these images burned into my son's mind. Smiley Sad

I should also say that he only has two friends that he calls via his phone; the other numbers are just my husband and I. Maybe my best option is to block texting altogether?

could change the number as well. but maybe a text block is sufficient.
