I have two children that attend school at Texas A&M in College Station. They often have low signal, dropped calls, and undelivered text messages. When I visit them and call to let them know that I'm there, then I have difficulties reaching them. 40% of my mobile phone bill is going to two phones with poor service. What can AT&T do to improve service in this area?
I spoke to AT&T customer service. They recommend you to visit www.att.com/wireless then select "Contact US" to send an email regarding your concerns. I think the squeaky wheel approach is what might be needed to get them to address this issue.
