You could email the pictures to yourself and then save the pictures to your PC.

when you open the text message to view. wait until the bottom menu bar displays (or hit "stop" while it is displaying the photo & messge) reply to| delete | more

 

you then click on the option "more" and click on "save attachment" it will take you to another screen that shows red arrows to save either or both the image to your image gallery and the text message sent with the image. you can then use the given software for the phone (usb use PC studio) to transfer anything from your phone to PC
