I have been paying via the web site for many years, now in the last few months my payment method is not retained from month to month.
Customer Support tries to be helpful but they are in the dark too.

How about returning the web site to way it was, I log in select payment, select balance, select submit. (my payment method is retained mo. to mo.

Email confirming payment arrives within 15 seconds.

That's service, not this calamity I'm going through now.
