Password Has Changed, Error Synchronizing, etc.

I have an issue mentioned earlier where I get the error message that my password has changed (even though it hasn't), and when I enter it in, it says it's incorrect.  I also get a synchronization error when I try to send/receive.  I have had to uninstall and reinstall the Xpress Mail feature twice now, as advised by tech support.  This is ri-freakin-diculous!

This tends to happen soemtimes because of expired tokens used by hotmail and msn. Is it happening to another email address than what I listed? Can you enter the password and it then it goes away or does it just come back?
