I have installed and reinstalled the PC Suite, but it does not recognize my Pantech Link. It keeps saying "not connected" and will not connect. It appears all the drivers are installed and the most current available. What can I do now?

AT&T tech support doesn't exist. You try the live chat on their page and it doesn't connect. You call them and get someone who has no idea even if you can't be fortunate enough to understand their English.
