My father has tried to get this thing going to no avail and I have taken over. I logged on and arrived at the serial number entry but they require alpha numeric. The SN on the bottom of the unit is all numeric and is not accepting it. Any ideas?
My S/N is all numeric too. First try to deactivate it and wait 30 minutes or so. Then try again. That worked for me.
