New phone but didn't include airtime

I bought a new prepaid phone online along with a $25 refill card. I got the phone and all but I didn't receive the airtime I ordered. My account balance says $0. I tried taking the SIM card in and out but that still didn't work. Am I missing it on one of the documents or something?

I believe you should have received a refill card for the airtime. Can you check your order status? Perhaps they just shipped the phone and refill card separately.

It says shipped and there is only one order number.

OK, never mind, that's what happened. They shipped to card separately.

When you receive the card in the mail, you can then add the $25 airtime to your account. I personally think AT&T should ship the airtime card WITH the phone. That way, the customer already has funds to start using their new phone and does not have any confusion as to where exactly the airtime card went...
