New memeber-excuse if this has already been asked

I am going to the UK for 10 days and have gotten the World package, data package and texting package.  I was told by one ATT rep that my business clients in the US can merely dial/text my US mobile number and the call will go through transparently without any muss of fuss (or charges) to them.  Now I am told by another ATT rep that the US caller will also be charged an international call/test.  Which is it?

When you are roaming callers simply dial you the way they normally do when you are at home.  The people who call you are not charged anything extra.  Alls costs to deliver the call to you are billed to you at the usual roaming rate.  While it's not cheap it works very seamlessly and is not complicated at all.
