New BB - PTT?

Just got done  setting up my blackberry, can not get the PTT to work.  When I try to initiate a call or anything else i get "Logging into PTT. Please wait a few moments."  - Then nothing ever happens- can anybody out there help?

For PTT to work your BB must be in an "all over" area (almost the whole AT&T network), and you must be able to send and recieve texts (I don't know why it has to be able to send and recieve texts but it does).  Before you can intialize your phone for PTT you first have to contact customer care and have the feature provisioned to your plan for billing.  The feature is currently unlimited for $5 per line or you can have up to five lines PTT for $20 per month.  Once customer care has you set up, your phone will intialize and you will be able to add other AT&T PTT subscribers to your PTT contact list.  Hope this helps.
