Monthly Auto message refill package

I have the monthly auto message refil for my go-phone number <personal info removed>.  I noticed that I was charged for some messages at $0.20 each on March 25 and the auto refill was also done on March 25.  I added the auto monthly refill was to avoid any additional charges.  I don't know why it happened this monthly as the auto refill was done immediately in the past months and no addtional costs are incurred.  Please investigate this matter and refund the messages charge to my account.

I'm sorry that you're getting charged for that. Will you please send me a private message with your name and the best time to contact you? I see you included your phone number in your post (which I've removed for your privacy).
