I have been power cycling cable modem, router, microcell every day since Sunday and still no functional microcell access. I think we need more access to the device so we can determine what is causing the problem instead of waiting for AT&T to do (anything). Does anyone know if they have chat support for the microcell? When my microcell goes down I can't contact them via phone unless I'm in the lobby of my building.
