MicroCell internet usage doesn't count against your AT&T broadband data cap

Noticed this in my bill today http://www.att.com/esupport/wireless/3G-MicroCell-internet-usage.jsp

"The wireless traffic coming from your AT&T 3G MicroCell does not count toward your monthly home broadband data plan. Please register both accounts to help ensure accurate Internet usage billing. For more information about your AT&T High Speed Internet Plan, please visit www.att.com/internet-usage"

Interesting, but it only applies if you have at&t DSL, right?

Right. And most people would be using Wi-fi data while at home. So I don't see the point of registering in my case unless I was close to my AT&T DSL limit cap, I could turn off Wi-fi at home.

... Or would I then be nearing my 200Mb wireless cap? So confusing.
