So I have been trying to pay my bill online and obviously I need to link it up. I got my username and password all done. But when I go to link up it say:
PSLDCP00: That ID entered is already linked to this account. Check to be sure you entered the ID you want to link, and try again.
But when i go to my account it says nothing has been linked up.
I have been having this exact same problem for a long time. I can't find any help on it, and when I have spoken to customer support about it, they're like, "that's strange... I don't know... "And I can't seem to get ahold of technical support. I'm usually put on hold for several minutes before I have to attend to real life.Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
