Itunes account, 2 iphones

I used my itunes account on my laptop to put music on my husband's iphone and it has messed his phone all up. Now if he tries to download an app on his phone it asks for my email address/password. If he puts it in it then asks for his and says his account can not be opened. How do I fix this? I would like to be able to use my itunes account to put music on both phones. Thanks!!
