Issue with Ease shutting off, AT&T rejected my review
My wife and I are having issues with our ease. Everytime after we send a text and close the keyboard the phone turns off. This is becoming a royal pain and we're to the point of returning the phones. I've asked a few times from Pantech and never got a response. Posted problems under phone review and it was rejected.

If both phones were under ownership for less than thirty days, I would return them. If both phones are turning off, I would definitely return them. I would like a phone that is dependable - not one that will not work when it is supposed to in the first place.
