Is it possible to start a new contract with At&t at age 18?

I realize that I'm only 18 and dont have any credit at the moment, but i was wondering if it is still possible for me

to still get service with At&t? And if it is possible how much money are we talking about to get started where I'll actually have a phone? Any info would be useful. Thanks for reading and for the assistance Smiley Happy

Your cost of the phone will depend upon what you want. check out the online shop for phones and plans to meet your needs. What you do need to know is that there is a $36 activation fee. You will probably need a refundable deposit that could be $500 to $1000.

Build some credit hisotry.  Most of the big carriers are going to require a deposit.  iPHones on a 2 year contract run $199 for the smaller memory sized version and $299 for the 32GB iPhone.  Refurbs vary and are limited in time of being offered based on what is in stock.  $99 is a pretty good starting point.  Check the online store or www.store.apple.com
