Hello Razzy08,

I believe your AT&T SIM is locked to the GoPhone IMEI and must be unlocked or replaced to work on your new Pantech.  This is typical, and has been discussed before in http://forums.att.com/t5/Prepaid/sim-locked-to-one-phone/td-p/2809643

Either option (there are two) discussed on the thread above will work: via 611, 800-331-0500, or corporate store; OR do-it-yourself with a new SIM from eBay (akin to a "lost" or "defective" SIM replacement).  Example:  http://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAND-NEW-AT-T-3G-SIM-CARD-NEVER-ACTIVATED-CINGULAR-/350332270081?pt=SIM_Car... followed by activation at http://att.com/activations

If you decide to go to the corporate store, do so this Monday, before Tuesday October 4, as the unveilment of the new iPhone will create utter chaos, and your prepaid troubles won't get attention.
