Since a few weeks I receive mail from at&t. It started with this message: "You have purchased the 250 MB of data for 30 days for $14.99 rate plan." I did not purchase anything. I live in Europe.
I got also mail like this: "Your credit/debit card has been charged $$14.99.". It hasn't.
What can I do to convince at&t that I am not a customer of theirs?
I would call in to customer care and see if they could locate an account with either your name or ssn so that we could verify that it is a mistake and verify no one is commiting fraud in your name!
