Is there a way to talk to a live representative at AT&T? I canceled my iPad data plan 4 months ago and out of the blue they charged me this month for a large amount. I've been trying every single AT&T phone numbers I find online but no luck - they all ask for account/phone number which I don't have. I just want to talk to (or email) a live representative!!!!!

Try the phone number bellow and just keep pressing 0 until you get a rep.

AT&T's customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I stopped doing business(directly-I am sure they are getting a cut on some phone line somewhere) with them years ago because of this. I am urging everyone I know to switch to another company. The only "living" person you can get to talk to right away is one that wants to sell you something. So don't hold your breath waiting on customer service. It won't end good for you
