I have been trying to reach the premier specialist for 5 hours. Starting at 8am Est, I called and got through 3 hours laters only to get my calls dropped. The specialist never called me back when she should have. I am now on a second call and I have been on hold for 2 hours. I know they're busy with the iPhone 4S release and all but this is way too rediculous...

I'm in the same boat. Got through twice but the calls dropped shortly after I got a specialist. They never called back... I'm on hold again right now.

my wait time is arround 1.5 hours today in the morning.. Have a 2nd line call them at half an hour later just in case. My order is processed now.

Hint: the other 4 gazillion people trying to call have probably been on hold just as long as you have. What would you have AT&T do? Draft every employee it has to answer phone calls?
