I'd like to change my rate plan.

I am using $25 montly plan now, and the expiration date is 3/25/2012.

Before I refil my account by using refil card, I want to change my rate plan to 10¢/Minute Plan.

I would appreciate it if you tell me how I can change it.

I am trying to figure this out as well, the page you supplied does not have an option to switch plans
