I am having trouble connecting to web sites. My signal strength is good but Internet explorer still has problems. This does not happen all the time nor does it happen to every site I go to. I have recently updated my virus protection and was wondering if this could be a part of my problem? My computer is an older model but everything was working at decent pace before. Is there anyway I can check the connectivity of my wireless card?

Same problem here. I am connected with good signal strength but am having a problem getting to websites. I have noticed that I can get to secure sites (HTTPS) but not regular websites. Can anyone help to figure this out. I have checked all the settings on my PC and browser and everything is normal. Could this be a problem with the AT&T proxy Server?

Thanks

You might be better off using the OpenDNS, DNS servers.

http://www.opendns.com/

Another possible problem could be IPv6.

You might try clearing your browsers history, cookies and internet files. I'm finding I have to do this more often since I started using the 881connect. I have also had good luck using Firefox as my browser.

Try turning of acceleration in communication manager options.  I think it's ATT's acceleration server that is slow.
