Help needed to configure a Defy bought in Brazil (VIVO) to be used at AT&T

My Defy's frequencies are:

QUADRIBAND GSM GPRS EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHZ);

DUALBAND WCDMA HSDPA 7.2 / HSUPA 2 (850/2100) GPS;

For normal cellular telephone use it works OK, at least my GSM Motorola Droid with Android 2.2 did work as cellular perfectly last year, but I did not bring it to work on Internet. I tried first with AT&T but there was nobody there to help me to configure the device. Now I'm going to travel again and I need to know:

a) Are my devices frequencies compatible with the AT&T's ones? Is there a chance for me to navigate on the Internet with this device?

b) I need the Data and picture messaging (MMS) APN settings for Android (in the case 2.2 or compatible)

What I need are the following data (and any related APN setting conditions):

Name:

APN:

Proxy:

Port:

Username:

Password:

Server:

MMSC:

MMS proxy:

MMS port:

MMS protocol:

MCC:

MNC:

Authentication type:

APN type:

 Is it possible to get help to do this configuration?
 The intention is to use the Defy to post in my Trip's Blog so my elder father (86) can follow the trip...

Thanks

Alexander
