Happily Received Our New iPhone 4S However can't Activate
Good Morning Team,
We were very happy to recive our new iPhone 4S yesterday and began the activation process. One of the two we were able to activate with no problems However the second iPhone shows a message in the upper left hand corner of the screen "No SIM" and we can not activate. Is there a reset option or something we should do to verify there is a SIM Card? The shipping manifest shows both phones were shipped with SIM Cards. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I had the same problem when I got the iPhone 4. I turned mine off then took a paper clip and popped out the sim. I wiped the sim off just to make sure there was no dust particles and put it back in. It's tiny so be sure you reseat it properly. This worked for me but if it doesn't work for you just do a search of this forum. There have been many topics on this problem.
