You likely have a software issue with the phone. It is recommended you go to the point of sale and say "ive had it"

Might be a hardware of software defect. I'd recommend exchanging for a new one.
Agreed. Take it back to the location on purchase and exchange it for a different one. Usually the first batch of a newly-released product aren't ALWAYS the best/guaranteed to work. I think if you exchange it, the next one should be absolutely fine.
