I would like to send a letter of commendation for an employee to helped me today. Unfortunately, I only have his first name. Is there a way to find out who it was?
Dealing with AT&T has been a nightmare for the past two months- I have been trying to resolve service and billing issues since mid-October. Nothing has helped so far, including my letter to the Office of the President. Were it not for the fact that I am currently overseas, I would have cancelled all services with AT&T.
Today, I was lucky enough to reach a very knowledgable and professional Wireless Customer Care Specialist, who was able to help me immediately with the most recent problem. I would like to send a letter of commendation, while I'm writing my complaint to Corporate and the FCC. May be the higher ups can source some best practices and do something about the totally useless U-verse department.

I too had exceptional customer support today but I can't find how to send an email to commend the AT&T employees service. I did note the employees name and id (Rathish <personal info removed>). Please let me know how I can commend this employee. He went above and beyond to assist me with my problem and he was very courteous while doing so.

With only the first name, it may be a bit difficult but we'll sure try.
Will you please send me a private message with his/her name and your account number? Hopefully, the person you spoke with updated your account so we'll be able to identify them.
To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.
