GoPhone Refill by Credit Card - Web Login Problem

Attempting to refill account via web

Account info and credit card info already on file at AT&T as I have used the web to refill before.

Here is the trace through web pages which leads to the endless error loop:

Ive had the same problem for over 6 months (still doesnt work today).

 

The best part is - ive been refilling $100 via credit card on the att website for years.  $100 + 7%  tax  = $107 each time

 

Because of the above problem with the ATT website preventing me from refilling with my credit card on the ATT website I looked into other ways to refill/pay. i.e. the refill cards. 

It turns out I can buy genuine ATT prepaid cards on the internet for $90.  Saving me $17 each time.  I wish the ATT website had broken earlier :/
