Galaxy S2 over 10gb in 4 days

I just got this phone as a Christmas present.  On the 26th I got a message that I was 75% over my data overage allowance.  I've only used the interent a couple of times.  I was trying to figure out what I did on the internet to get my data usage so high but all it says is medianet.  Is there a way to tell what is causing so much data to be used? I completely stopped using the internet but I'm still getting charged

Only way would to be too install an app like my data manager but it only works if installed before hand. No way to tell through AT&T usage

would also be good to know what apps you have installed and which of those you use regularly
