Would it be possible that the GPS fix for the Captivate is not forthcoming due to the simple fact that this is a hardware problem and not a software problem?
This is the flagship Galaxy phone with AT&T. Samsung wouldn't want their flagship be hampered with this lingering issue.
The phone has been out for 6 months now, I would guess to speculate that software issues can be fixed in a matter of days, weeks, maybe even months.
But they haven't been fixed.
Can we conclude that we are dealing with a hardware problem?
