Full Bill with details no longer accessible on wireless online account
On my wireless online account, when I click on View Bill Summary then on My Paper Bill, it brings up the PDF bill copy.
That PDF only shows the 3 page summary.
On the left side, my billing account number is only listed once. It should be listed twice & clicking on the 2nd one will give you the detailed Full Bill.
With my immeiately preceeding bill (thru March), I was also able to view & print that detailed Full Bill, but for some reason I can't do that anymore with my bill (thru April). Anyone have any ideas why ? ? ?
