OK. . . I'm counting the months until the end of my contract with ATT. I know ATT keeps saying how they are improving things (at least know there is a problem)
1. I can't get reception at work - midtown NY
2. I can't get reception at home (I even installed a micro -- a free gift from ATT) Westchester, NY
3. I went on the site to pay my bill and the site (with no indication when it's going to be up)
4. I went on Facebook and found angry and frustrated customers complaining that ATT does not respond to Facebook messages. . and since it's Sunday -- they are off anyway.
I don't get it. For a company that's suppose to be getting in touch with customers. . . they have a long way to go. It's frustrating and I'm tired of making excuses for poor service.
